Feeling Tired and Wired? (Part Two)

How life-changing could it be to check-in with ourselves throughout the day, asking: "Am I pushing too hard? Instead of exhausting myself, what I can I do to nourish myself right now?"

When our adrenal glands are dis-regulated, pushing too hard in our daily lives - whether that be through exercise, work, our endless to-do lists, socially and beyond - EXHAUSTS us, rather than makes us feel good, rested and ready to snuggle into deep sleep at the day's end.
